KEN
Ken is a life-long learner and has always had a hunger to understand people and
support them in their development.
After majoring in Sociology and Psychology in University, he spent 19 successful years working in the Sports Industry in Sales and Sales Management. While enjoying those endeavors, he knew there was another way he was supposed to contribute to the planet.
Following a fortuitous “golden handshake”, a trip to Sedona 15 years ago changed Ken's whole path. He spent a week diving into his soul’s calling, and while hiking a popular trail called Devil’s Bridge, he got clear that he wanted to coach others. And thus Canyon Bridge Consulting was born.
That spark of inspiration while connecting to nature changed his whole trajectory. One more thing he was certain of: that one day, he’d come and live in this land that so captured his soul! In 2021, that dream became a beautiful reality.
Soon after moving to Sedona, Ken and his wife Lidija made manifest another dream of theirs - holding and leading couples retreats in this magical setting! And so Loving Partnership was born, and its precious one ~ HEARTS ALIGNED couples weekend retreats and mini retreats.
A year and 240 hours of training later, back in 2010, Ken launched his coaching practice and proceeded to earn an advanced credential (PCC) through the
International Coach Federation.
Over the past 13 years, he has accumulated 4,000 individual client hours. He has key-noted, trained, and facilitated leadership meetings, designed and launched a men's group, run a successful full practice, and supported hundreds of clients from
all walks of life.
Ken specializes in supporting clients to develop a curiosity mindset, communicate more effectively, overcome conflict and create win-win outcomes in all spheres of their lives.

LIDIJA
A curator of harmonious energies, internal & external, weaving her alchemy into her work with women and couples, her feng shui consulting, and writing.
Lidija has always been curious, playful, spontaneous. A lover of art and aesthetics, metaphysics and psychology. A seeker of deeper truths and wisdom, where the mysteries of human mind, spirit, body and heart come together.
The civil war in former Yugoslavia, Lidija's motherland, changed everyone's life there in the 90-ties. She spent five years in England, where she completed her University degree in Literature and Psycholinguistics, and enriched her young life with invaluable life experiences.
Lidija landed in San Diego, California twenty five years ago, and immediately fell in love with the spaciousness, atmosphere, and possibilities found there. She opened herself to all the opportunities she had not had before.
Her professional life has been rich and diverse: a translator and interpreter for an immigration lawyer; a corporate trainer; an interior design office manager; a writer for a marketing company. Then her alchemy fine-tuned into a clear purpose more than ten years ago ~ being of service by helping others achieve harmony in their inner and outer life, through her Feng Shui holistic practice, personal guidance, women's workshops and retreats, couples retreats, and Thriving Relationship Coaching.
Lidija traverses diverse cultural landscapes, and possesses strong personal and professional poise that stems from her intimate, exploratory and integrative approach to life.

Lidija and her beloved, Ken, have felt from early on in their relationship that supporting other couples would fill up their cup of love even more. So they combined their hearts and minds and created HEARTS ALIGNED couples weekend retreats in their current hometown Sedona, AZ - which truly infuses their work with more magic and wisdom!
ABOUT US
Our story began in early 2016 in Northern San Diego. Two neighbors walking their doggies, running into each other more and more often, first by accident,
then by design.
From friendly neighbors to friends to lovers to spouses, our connection strong from the beginning, our hearts aligning once we were ready to really drop in.
The seed of inspiration to hold couples retreats was planted early on; as our connection deepened and our love grew, so did the vision and pull to help other partners. And then the world ended up taking a long break and went indoors for
a couple of years.
2021 and 2022 became about us moving to our favorite sacred land, where the inspiration
to revive our original desire was reignited.
The HEARTS ALIGNED couples weekend retreat was born from our passion, our skills and experience with holding men’s and women’s workshops and retreats, and a deep call to be of service to other couples. We wanted to create this type of couples retreat to fill the need in the relationship upleveling and
development landscape.
